Data We Collect and Process
Personal Contact Details
We collect your email and name when you send us feedback or bug reports, sign up for newsletters and promotional content, contact customer support, or enter contests or participate in surveys.

Service Activity Data
Your interactions with our Service generate data we automatically capture. This includes your in-game actions and choices, screen navigation patterns, personal settings and preferences, and game progress and achievement data.

Technical and Analytics Information
We automatically gather technical details from your device and usage patterns. This covers hardware specifications like your device model, operating system, and browser type. We also collect performance data such as crashes, loading speeds, and error logs, along with network details including your IP address and connection quality.
Additionally, we track gameplay data, like your progress, player statistics, save games, and other engagement metrics like session length, feature usage, and retention patterns.
Legal Basis: This processing supports our contractual obligations to provide the Service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Purchase and Payment Data
For transactions through our Service, we collect your order history and billing records, purchase details and refund requests, and payment method information. Note that complete payment card details are processed securely by our third-party payment processors, not stored by us directly.
Legal Basis: Transaction processing is necessary to complete purchases and manage your account (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Marketing and Ad Targeting Data
With your permission, we and our third-party advertising and measurement partners collect and process: (a) advertising identifiers from your device (e.g., IDFA, AAID, IDFV, App ID, Install Referrer), (b) technical and device information (such as device model, OS version, system language, network type/carrier, battery/CPU performance, screen orientation, and device motion parameters), (c) network data (including IP address and user agent, which may be used to derive coarse, IP-based geolocation), (d) engagement data about your interactions with ads and the Service (for example, ad views and clicks, app download/install events and timestamps, app launches, referral URLs, in-app events like add to cart or purchases, and session metrics). We and our third-party advertising partners may also collect non-user related crash logs and diagnostic information, which are used to diagnose problems, share with third-party partners to improve their services, and for advertising and analytics purposes.
Legal Basis: We only process personalized advertising data with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Personal data is not collected and processed with respect to contextual/non-personalized ads on the Service.
Consent Data
NiroWorlds collects the following data: Date and time of the visit or consent / refusal, device information. The recipient of this data in the sense of Art. 13. para. 1. e) DSGVO (GDPR) is Usercentrics GmbH. In the context of order processing, NiroWorlds transmits personal data (consent data) to Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlingerstr. 7, 80331 Munich as a processor. The processing of the data is carried out for the purpose of compliance with legal obligations (obligation to provide evidence pursuant to Art. 7 (1) DSGVO) and the associated documentation of consents and thus on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. c) DSGVO. Local storage is used to store the data.

How We Use Your Information
Core Service Operations
We use your information to deliver game functionality and features, synchronize progress across your devices, manage user accounts and preferences, and process purchases and handle refunds.
Service Improvement
